ATP 2.0 is a sweeping upgrade to ATP's operating system, and serves as ATP's road map moving forward. It will allow ATP to improve its operations while increasing its community impact and ensuring long-term sustainability as a vital arts institution. It focus 4 main areas of improvement, or "bug fixes."

A 5-Step Approach

Below are the 5 steps ATP will take in the coming years to implement the ATP 2.0 upgrade:

  1. Find the Bedrock & Strengthen the Foundation: Strip everything down to the bedrock, the firm foundation upon which ATP is built. Strengthen administrative structure and expand education.
  2. Revitalize the Summer Season: Bring back ATP's hallmark - world-class summer productions - within a new repertory model. Begin the Acting Apprentice Program.
  3. Expand the Season: Expand ATP's summer season to include an intimate contemporary production in the Spring and a bold interpretation of a classic in the Fall.
  4. Finalize Long-Term Space Solutions: Conduct the public campaign for acquiring support space.
  5. Ramp Up to Full Strength & Build Reserves: Bring all operations to full strength, providing year-round, professional entertainment and arts education. Build ATP's Endowment Fund to provide long-term stability.
